When booking direct with us, you’ll not only get the best rate available, but plenty of flexibility to change your arrival for a date within six months, or cancel your reservation. So long as this is done at least 7 days in advance of your stay, you can easily change your arrival date, or if you should need to cancel we'll guarantee a full refund of your cancelled booking, on all new pre-paid reservations until 31st August 2020.
